Return & Refunds Policy
Turlips vouchers and codes are provided in a non-tangible medium via email or if customer ops, through sms. However, once a code has been purchased and supplied, it cannot be returned and will not be refunded. This is because we have no control over storage and/or security of the voucher codes once issued. We are in the service of only selling vouchers therefore even vouchers returned with presumed unused value, cannot be exchanged for money to the customer – we do not redeem vouchers.

1. Failed transactions & automatic refunds
If a transaction fails due to issues within our control and such failure is identifiable, Turlips will endeavour to automatically credit the funds back to your account.
2. Acceptance of Policy
By using Turlips.com, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Policy. You understand the risks associated with providing incorrect account details for payouts and agree to the conditions set forth regarding returns and cancellations.
3. Changes to Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
